Professor Hans de Jonge
The Value of Real Estate
Professor ir. Hans de Jonge was one of the founders of the Real estate and Project management course at the Faculty of Architecture and the built environment at the TU Delft in 1991. Since then he has become a full professor of Real Estate and Development. He teaches real estate management to bachelor and master students, and also supervises graduates and PhD students. He is chairman of the Council of Professors of the University and a member of the editorial boards of trade journals. Furthermore he gives lessons in various post-doctoral real estate courses and he regular teaches in Asia and the United States.
Besides that, Hans De Jonge is chairman of the board of the Brink Groep. Brink groep is a group of businesses in the field of management, consultancy and automation for the building, housing and real estate sector.
