Registration
Registration is required for all ERES Conference participants and accompanying persons. If no author of a specific entry has been registered (and paid), the accepted submission will not be incluced in the program.

The conference fee for participants includes:

For registration and payment** you will be directed to another site. You will have to complete a few entries: First name, Last name, Street, Postal code, Street No., City, Email address, and if available (abstract submission) your participant number.***
* To be eligible for the PhD student fee a letter confirming full time studies signed by the university must be submitted to the conference secretariat ERES-BK@tudelft.nl
Cancellation and refund policies
Cancellation must be made in writing to ERES-BK@tudelft.nl.
**Refunds will be approved after the conference as follows: Cancellations before 1st June 2017: payment will be refunded less €5,- transaction costs. Cancellations received after 1st June 2017: no refund.
